Critical care

The Critical Care specialists take care of patients in the ICU/CCU in the hospital. Intensive care specialists manage a multi-disciplinary team providing care to critically ill patients and work in collaboration with other health care professionals necessary for the care of patients in the critical care unit. Typical examples of critical illness include heart attack, poisoning, pneumonia, surgical complications, stroke and trauma care.
