About this Service
Crime Victims Resource Center provides services to individuals and families affected by victimization as well as other types of crisis which are debilitating. Services include 24 hour crisis intervention, emergency shelter, counseling and support groups, as well as a Visitation Center which provides for a safe place for chidren and parents to interact without fear of violence or intimidation. The following programs can be accessed through Crime Victims Resource Center:
  • Victim/Witness Assistance
  • Domestic Violence Community Advocacy
  • Sexual Assault Community Advocacy

Giving Back to the community - How you can help

CVRC uses volunteers to answer crisis calls from crime victims when the office is closed in the evening and on weekends. Volunteers carry a cell phone and receive training to help them respond to common questions victims of crime might have. Give us a call at 507.437.6680 for more information.
