The main campus in Lake City consists of a clinic, a hospital and a 90-bed nursing home. The facilities are attached, providing easy access to services for patients and nursing home residents. As of June 2006, Lake City Medical Center also has 3 off campus clinics located in Alma, WI, Plainview, and Wabasha, Minn.
