Franciscan Skemp Healthcare, part of Mayo Health System, Mayo Clinic and the National Child Protection Training Center will host a national conference for professionals focused on increasing intervention and practice skills and encouraging best practices in the area of addressing child maltreatment.
The Franciscan Skemp Healthcare Child Advocate Team, along with other community partners, created the La Crosse Child Maltreatment Conference as a regional event in 1998 and has been providing high quality affordable education and training as well as professional networking opportunities for 12 years.
