Franciscan Skemp Healthcare did not receive nor offer pediatric patients any of the H1N1 vaccine being recalled by the CDC and FDA. However, remember that all children between ages 6 months through 9 years of age should receive a 2nd round of the H1N1 vaccine 2-4 weeks after receiving their first dose. Contact your provider or check when the next flu shot clinic is being held to recieve that second dose.

Franciscan Skemp Healthcare will begin offering both H1N1 and Seasonal Flu vaccinations beginning in December.  Please call the Franciscan Skemp Healthcare Influenza/H1N1 hotline to pre-register for those clinics (information seen below) at 608-392-6800.

As of December 11th, everyone is eligible to recieve the H1N1 vaccine at this time.
