Life Matters Here is a long-range renovation plan consisting of five projects with the ultimate goal of increasing quality of life for residents of the Lake City Nursing Home by creating a facility that supports person-centered care.  The Lake City Medical Center recognizes the importance of providing a home-like environment for its residents, and also believes that a more social model of care will greatly benefit individuals who call the nursing home their home.
